People whose blood contains the rhesus factor are rhesus positive (Rh+) and those whose blood does not contain it are rhesus negative (Rh-). 血液中含有猕因子的人属猕因子阳性（Rh+）人群，不含猕因子的属猕因子阴性（Rh-）人群。
